SHIPPING TO GREECE

• Are there shipping costs?

Shipping within Greece is free for purchases over 100 euros. In markets under 100 euros, shipping costs 4 euros.

• How fast will I receive my parcel?

From the moment your order is completed, we make sure that it leaves, if not on the same day, the next working day. Of course there are special cases such as handmade belts or bags which can be a little longer. In this case you are immediately informed of the exact delivery time via email.

Our shipments are made by ELTA Courier & General Post and the delivery time is:

• 1-2 working days inside Thessaloniki
• 1-3 working days in the rest of Greece
• 1-5 working days in inaccessible areas.
• How am I informed about the shipping status?

Once the shipment of your order is completed, an email will be received from us with its shipment number. With the specific code you can search for your parcel on the site of ELTA courier or the General Post Office and locate it.

In case they do not find you at the shipping address, they leave a notice and you can contact the store in your area for the next delivery. The parcel stays for up to 10 days in the ELTA courier or General Post office store and then it is returned to us.

• Can I pick up the parcel from the ELTA courier store or the General Post Office in my area?

Of course! In the notes of your order you can state that you wish to receive from the ELTA courier store or the General Post Office of your area.

• For the best possible service, follow the steps below.

1. Fill in your mobile phone.
2. Fill in the comments of the order that you consider useful (eg suggested delivery times, comments for the address, floor, etc.)
3. You can also pick it up at your workplace.
4. In case of immediate delivery or Saturday delivery, let us know in time.

RETURNS

• Refunds are only made if you receive a defective product. In any other case a change is made with another product or number.

CHANGES

• What is the change process?

You can return any product to us, as long as it is in its original condition and the purchase receipt is included in the package. Returned swimsuits must have a sanitary pad.

Returns are made within 14 working days from the day you received them.

The parcel is sent exclusively by ELTA courier or General Post with our charge for Greece. The transfer costs of the change are 5 € and you are charged upon receipt of the new parcel. Inside the package you will find the “change form” which you will complete and includes the following.

• Change to another number or product

In case the number or product you have ordered does not satisfy you, send us an email with your details and the change you wish to make.

Then you send the product you do not want to us by ELTA courier or General Post and as soon as we receive it we send you the new order.

• Credit amount.

In case you do not find something that satisfies you, we can credit you with the amount of money and use it in one of your purchases. The credit is available for 60 calendar days.

• Which courier company can I send the change to?

Returns within Greece are sent exclusively by ELTA courier or General Post with our charge. In case you choose another company we have no responsibility for the receipt of the parcel and the shipping costs.
